Great selection but customer service SUCKS

I've been buying from Lacey for quite awhile, and while their selection is great, their management and owners SUCK. They are the rudest most unfriendly bunch of people EVER. They KNOW they are about the only wholesaler around, so they know they can treat you like krap and there isn't much you can do about it. Juan, their "packing person" is even worse. Will argue until he's blue in the face that he does nothing wrong. If he packs the order wrong (which is OFTEN - almost EVERY order), he says it's your fault for not putting it on the order form right. I'm going to Transworld this year and will find another wig supplier if it kills me. Tired of being abused by this bunch of morons.
